Terms and Conditions

No party is secure without a minimum a 50% payment of the party cost; the remainder is due the day before your party. If for any reason this money is not paid, it may result in cancellation of your party.
Each bed and tent setup is approximately 6ft x 3 ft. Please ensure there you have a large enough space before booking your party. Refund are not applicable for such a case.
All bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance.
We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that occur during the rental period. Clients are responsible for the behaviour of their guest, and any damages cause to our equipment/inventory.
All rental equipment must be returned in the same condition it received. Any damages will be charged to the hiring client.
By booking our services, you agree to these terms and conditions; if you do NOT agree please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions any time at . Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation by the client results in the forfeiture of the deposit unless extreme extenuating circumstance OR the booking can be changed to another date.

By booking a party with Magical Memories Rentals; inventory is reserved exclusively for you, ensuring it is not available for others to rent. Please note that as the renter, you hold the responsibility for any cancellations or no-shows to your party. We do not provide refunds in such cases.
